With more than 21 years of experience in nonprofit and public administration - focused on education, program development and management and cultural competency – Lynnea Atlas-Ingebretson knows how to strategically disrupt, inspire and motivate to shift and improve longstanding organizational cultures.

Lynnea brings extensive and successful experience deploying capacity building programs, new earned revenue streams for cause-based rural and urban organizations, and advising large public sector entities and corporations on equitable practices and change management.

Lynnea is known for high-level inter-culturally competent facilitation and speaking. She performs equally strongly in energetic ideation-oriented sessions and highly sensitive and emotionally charged settings. Lynnea is an expert in organizational development, management systems, community engagement, nonprofit  governance and board practices, workplace inclusion, equity assessment, and multi-modal design.

Lynnea is strong partner for public and private outdoor and environmental organizations In bringing an inclusion lens to their work and is a certified Interpretative and Adventure Guide with extensive outdoor experiential education experience in the South West region of the country and Minnesota. Lynnea served as Minnesota's Inaugural Chair of the Parks and Trails Legacy Fund Advisory Committee.

In her work with Imagine Deliver, Lynnea provides coaching, strategic advising, facilitation, public speaking, engagement strategy, culturally competent program design and intercultural communication strategy.
